Planting Success Rate
Please refer to our ‘Elderberry Planting & Care’ page (QR code link included with your Elderberry cuttings) when you get your cuttings. If you follow our guidance, you should have a high success rate for your Elderberry cuttings. We understand things happen; dog pulls cutting out of the ground, cutting accidentally gets planted upside down, you thought you planted them all only to find a dry cutting you accidentally left in the mulch never to get planted, (yes, we’ve done them all), so we include a few extra cuttings at no cost to you with your order to ensure you get to enjoy what you had hoped for!

Refunds and Replacements
We handle refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis. We will review your concern promptly upon receiving your email. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a full refund or provide replacement Elderberry cuttings up to 180 days per the individual situation as long as the cuttings have been properly stored (as our included instructions state) and are in original packaging.
Conditions for Refunds or Replacements
- Defective Items: If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as you are able to. We may require visual evidence, such as photographs, to process your request.
- Change of Mind: We want you to be happy. Have a change of mind? No worries. As long as the cuttings have been properly stored and in original packaging, we will accept a return within 180 days at the customers shipping expense. Yes, 180 days.
- Return Shipping: In some cases, return shipping costs may be covered by Kentucky Elderberry for approved returns or exchanges. We will provide specific instructions upon reviewing your request.
