We offer fresh frozen elderberries for bulk purchase in quantities of 10lb-20lb food grade totes. Picked, destemmed, cleaned & sanitized and frozen on site. A majority of our elderberry plants have been selected and cultivated for their higher brix content, perfect for wine and beverage producers. Unfortunately, we’re sold out earlier than expected this year. Deer got into our crop and ate about 90% of the actual berries (not the foliage like they’ve done in the past)—something we’ve never experienced before! We’ll be better prepared to protect next season’s harvest.
