Planting Success Rate

Please refer to our ‘Elderberry Planting & Care’ page (QR code link included with your Elderberry cuttings) when you get your cuttings. If you follow our guidance, you should have a high success rate for your Elderberry cuttings. We understand things happen; dog pulls cutting out of the ground, cutting accidentally gets planted upside down, you thought you planted them all only to find a dry cutting you accidentally left in the mulch never to get planted, (yes, we’ve done them all), so we include a few extra cuttings at no cost to you with your order to ensure you get to enjoy what you had hoped for!

  • Defective Items: If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7-days of delivery. We may require visual evidence, such as photographs, to process your request.
  • Return Shipping: In some cases, return shipping costs may be covered by Kentucky Elderberry for approved returns or exchanges. We will provide specific instructions upon reviewing your request.
