Planting Success Rate<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Please refer to our \u2018Elderberry Planting & Care\u2019 page (QR code link included with your Elderberry cuttings) when you get your cuttings. If you follow our guidance, you should have a high success rate for your Elderberry cuttings. We understand things happen; dog pulls cutting out of the ground, cutting accidentally gets planted upside down, you thought you planted them all only to find a dry cutting you accidentally left in the mulch never to get planted, (yes, we\u2019ve done them all), so we include a few extra cuttings at no cost to you with your order to ensure you get to enjoy what you had hoped for! <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Refunds and Replacements<\/span><\/h3>\n

We handle refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis. We will review your concern promptly upon receiving your email. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a full refund or provide replacement Elderberry cuttings up to 180 days per the individual situation as long as the cuttings have been properly stored (as our included instructions state) and are in original packaging. <\/p>\n
